Some properties just need a full reset. Not a patch job - a real, ground-up overhaul where everything gets addressed at once. That's exactly what this one called for. We came in and handled asphalt, cobblestone edging, sod, tree planting, shrub work, stump removal, tree trimming, and irrigation. Every piece of it.

Here's what that kind of scope actually looks like in practice. We started with grading and soil prep - you have to get the ground right before anything else goes down. From there, the asphalt went in and got compacted with a roller to make sure it sets solid. Then came the cobblestone borders, which give the lawn areas clean, defined edges that hold their shape over time without constant upkeep.

The sod installation was done by hand, roll by roll, laid tight so there are no gaps or weak spots. New trees went in with proper trunk protection, and the irrigation was set up to support everything that was planted. We also handled stump removal and trimmed back existing trees to clean up the canopy and reduce crowding. When you're doing this much at once, the order of operations matters - every trade has to work in sequence, not on top of each other.

What you end up with is a yard that actually functions. Good drainage, healthy turf, defined planting beds with fresh mulch, and surface areas that are durable and clean. That's the goal on every softscaping and residential landscape maintenance job we take on - not just good looks, but a property that works the way it should from the ground up.
