They were knowledgeable, reasonably priced, willing to think outside the box to work with some unique plumbing constraints for the irrigation system, and just friendly people. No high-pressure sales tactics. They listened well, understood my budget constraints, and got me a quote promptly for the design that I had laid out. We took a small, weedy townhome yard with a large tree stump in the corner and overhauled it with a naturalized Flagstone patio, small lawn area, and contoured planting beds (plants to come this fall!). The crews were courteous and easy to work around, and the manager did a good job of bringing me in to make a few key design decisions at the right time in the project.
